These stools are absolutely beautiful. I got the gun metal color where the metal is more of a neutral dark gray instead of a brown gray that’s in the sample pictures. The 26” stool height works great for my 36” tall counter. The wood is pretty smooth and my clothes don’t snag on it. This review is upon immediately receiving them. We purchased them in Gunmetal. We love the look with our outdoor bardeck. The stools are light weight to lift but very study. Love that they’re stackable since we ordered two sets and only need 6, so we’ll keep the other two stacked in the corner for when we need them. I bought 2 sets of 2 (4 stools) and I am overall satisfied. They go well with my white and gray schemed kitchen. The actual items are fairly close to the pictures. The upholsterer is of good quality, and they are reasonably easy to assemble. However, the pre-drilled holes on of the stools are positioned lower than the others. You can clearly tell from one of the pictures that the foot rest on that stool is lower than that of the others. I didn’t bother to return or exchange because my island is shaped such that one stool is not on the same horizontal line as the others so it’s fine. But please beware that this could be an issue..
