I just bought this bakeware to cook precut fish fillet or chicken parm. for two people and it is just right. I also bought this in 11" for larger portions. The quality and design are excellent. The clean up is easy and I like the fact that it is not heavy and bulky especially for small hands like mine. The Cookware does a great job of packing the fragile items but they do use a lot of peanuts when packing so please make sure to recycle / reuse the the peanuts by bring the peanuts to UPS or local mailbox company."..."  Read more
