I've never owned a pizza pan before and had been baking pizzas on a baking sheet. I use pre-baked pizza crusts and I know you can cook the pizza right on the oven rack, but it's so hard to get the pizza out of the oven. Hence, the baking sheet. But I wanted a crispier pizza, so I thought I'd check out this Frieling pizza pan. The holes in the center of the pan allowed heat to get to the bottom of the pizza and keep the crust from getting too soggy. My family got a nice crispy thin crust pizza! And the pizza came off the pan so easily because it's non-stick. I think this would be great for baking frozen pizzas in the oven, too. Be careful when handling or washing (hand wash only) because the pan does scratch easily. My husband washed it and when I put it away after drying, I noticed a scratch mark on the surface. I found this brotform easy and fun to use while baking bread. After letting my bread dough rise in the brotform, I turned it out onto a baking stone. I followed the directions exactly and the brotform released the bread dough without a problem and was easy to clean by tapping it over the sink or trash can, and using a soft dry brush to brush out the flour. I WAS SURPRISE TO SEE THE SIZE OF PAN. I SEE MANY TARTS IN STORE OR PARTY SHOW THE SIZE OF MEDIUM OR SMALL. I THINK THAT ORDER IS LITTLE TOO BIG FOR HOME BAKING."
