Ive spent my entire life using cookie sheets that had non-stick coatings, and cookie sheets that had none. I have small hands, so grabbing a hot pan, even with a pot-holder, is risky. These pans are heavier than any Ive ever used, and the handles are easy to grasp, easy to hold onto, and keep me from burning my fingers (while wearing a pot-holder mitt). The lip around the sides makes it much more probable that anything that goes into the oven will come out on the pan, not in cinders removed from the bottom of the oven. I am an avid baker and bake hundreds of cookies per week. I decided to replace my older Wilton cookie sheets with Calphalon brand when approached by Wayfair to review a product. These cookie sheets are great! They are lightweight, easy to clean and seem pretty durable. My only complaint is they took a little longer (3-4 minutes extra) to bake a batch of cookies. Might seem like a minor complaint but when you bake hundreds of cookies per week like I do the time adds up! The racks are great - large, non stick and easy to clean. nice loaf pans great prices on Wayfair packaging great. will for sure use Wayfair for cookware again, only buy a little better brand. these pans are o.k. just scratch a little too easy if touch with a knife or fork. other then that love them. thanks"..."  Read more
