I love that they are made of stainless steel, I never liked "coated" cake pans. They have some weight but not heavy, just perfect to keep their shape over time."

I chose the steel madeleine tins over the nonstick because I like how it browns better, and the price is cheaper. If you make sure to grease the molds properly, you shouldn't have much problem with sticking. The madeleines released well for me with minimal sticking, though over time the pans will be better seasoned and most likely not stick at all. I'm happy with my purchase."..."  Read more
