I am an avid baker and bake hundreds of cookies per week. I decided to replace my older Wilton cookie sheets with Calphalon brand when approached by Wayfair to review a product. These cookie sheets are great! They are lightweight, easy to clean and seem pretty durable. My only complaint is they took a little longer (3-4 minutes extra) to bake a batch of cookies. Might seem like a minor complaint but when you bake hundreds of cookies per week like I do the time adds up! The racks are great - large, non stick and easy to clean. Calphalon makes great bakeware. This is a nice set for all purpose baking needs."

I love this Calphalon spring form pan. It's perfect for making cheesecakes. I was impressed by the nice weight of the pan when it arrived. It appears that this pan will withstand the test of time. The non stick finish on this pan means I won't be scraping my desserts off the pan when I go to remove them. I've had no issues getting the pan to release from my cheesecakes thus far. Clean up is a snap for this pan. To protect the non-stick surface, I hand wash this pan, but it can be placed in a dishwasher. I did find that this pan can leak a bit. I'm not sure if it's because of what I was baking (pumpkin cheese cake, and just about everything I make with pumpkin leaves behind an oily mess) or the pan itself, but I'd strongly recommend placing a cookie sheet under this pan to avoid drips in the oven. This baking set is really nice. For a good price, you get five items, all of which are standard necessities for any kitchen. Very easy to clean and perfect sizes for whatever you need to bake!"
