All Audio Racks & Stands

I bought this rack from this site around 6 months ago. It is on the bulky side but very stable. I am in the process of building up a vintage audio system where the componets (amplifier Tuner) are quite big and heavy. I am using the top shelf for a turntable. This rack has lots of room on each shelf making it great for those out there who have high quality large audio video gear. The top shelf seems to be about twice as thick as the other shelves which should work great for that 60 LCD TV! The instructions were very well written and the rack came in from shipping in perfect shape. I ordered another rack (differnet brand) a few weeks ago fom this site and it was junk. I sent that rack back and ordered the same rack pictured here but the Bush Midnight Mist Collection - Audio Rack - AD44840-03. Since I know how well this one is made, why buy something else that is unknown. Yes it has only 4 shelves instead of five like some racks, but once again fits the big gear. The width of the shelves are about 23 inches inside the columns. Very happy with the quality of this rack! If you can deal with the sqaure look you will not be disappointed."..."  Read more

I now have two of these audio racks, one on each side of a high-gloss black television stand with a piano-black Sony XBR8 on top of it. The high-gloss black of the audio racks match the television great, but there is a little visible wood grain (the supports on these racks are solid wood). Unfortunately the clear spacers between the supports and the shelves are also visible, but the glass shelves are beautiful. They are coated black on the bottom, which creates the appearance of a gloss black finish on the top. I was surprised by the metal accents though. They are not quite as bright as I had expected and more of a gray color. (I was hoping for an aluminum-like finish.) The stand includes velcro straps on the back of each segment just below the cable holes for cable management, and enough usable depth for big components like laser disc players. Although the shelves are fixed, the distance between them is constant, and each can support up to 50 pounds. Honestly, if I could change one thing it would be to allow customers to remove a shelf or two, but due to the construction you must build it with all 5 shelves."..."  Read more

I am very pleased with the recent purchase of this audio cabinet. I couldn't find anything locally that was reasonably priced. I was just cruising around when I stumbled upon this piece on the Wayfair site. I had to have it. It looks great, very easy to assemble, and very functional next to the fireplace. I use the cabinet as a TV stand instead of mounting a bracket on the wall. The cabinet hides all the wires which is why I went with a cabinet vs. TV wall mount. It is nice and heavy so it won't tip easily or move easily either. I put adhesive sliders thnigs on each foot so I can move it easily when I have to get behind it.
