Miriam Mirri Italy (1964 - )

Born in Bologna in 1964, Miriam Mirri lives and works in Milan. She graduated from the Superior School for Anatomic Design and studied communication and design at the Universit? del Progetto in Reggio Emilia. She worked in London with Nigel Coates and has been assistant to Stefano Giovannoni for many years. Miriam now designs objects for companies such as Mandarina Duck, Mitsubishi, and United Pets. She leads design courses at the Universit? del Progetto in Reggio Emilia.

The Le posate Alessi ice cream spoons (2004) feature gentle curves that display a delicate heart shape. Sold in sets of six and cast from 18/10 stainless steel, these pieces are wonderful companions to any of the Alessi coffee or espresso cups and spoons.
