This is my second Aerobed. Due to allergies, I use the Aerobed as my primary bed and it works great. The first one I had lasted a little over two years. That model came with the air compressor attached, so I could not submerge it in water all the way to find the leak. This model comes with the compressor detachable, so when it springs a leak, hopefully I can fix it. 99% of inflatable beds are not made for every day use. In order to get an inflatable for every day use, it's in the +$1,000 range. So I make due with buying one in the $55 range every few years and it works for me.
