I purchased the tube as an impulse purchase not sure if my Siamese cat who is 2 years old would enjoy the tube. My cat(Siamese in general) is more dog like and wants to be where ever I am at all times. Creating a problem during the spring, summer and fall deck time outdoors. The tube gives him the freedom to move about, and gives me the peace of mind that he is secure and safe. The tube is a win win for us. My cat simply loves it, I find him just sitting in it, or if stored sitting on it. When we are out on the deck he now can be where we are and enjoy being with us. Now instead of trying to run out every time the door opens? He runs and gets in his tube, and cries to go out. We have had the tube for about a month, no ware issues, he has not tried to be distructive with the tube. The only problem we have with the tube is getting him out of it....
