amoyemaat from Brooklyn, NY	4.0 8/7/2011 A Great Medicine Ball I like this product very much, it is sturdy and very durable. The 20 lb. ball is terrific. The surface provides for an easy grip either with the hands or legs. It is great for core and abdominal workouts as well as various upper body workouts (biceps, shoulders and forearms). My grandson uses it to strengthen his wrists for his jump shots. It is not a bouncy ball so I don't use it for slamming against hard surfaces. Was this helpful? Yes / No
