AeroMAT Deluxe Folding Mat in Black

This product fits well for home exercise. I ordered 3' by 6'. The size is good. The support is firm. But it is not hard. It can also be used for a temporary bed. Light and easy to fold/store.

Great mat at a great price. Only con for me is that the handle is on the long side for carrying.

Great mat. I bought the largest size and it's good for my exercising needs. It's sturdy but not too rugged. I wouldn't recommend being too rough on it but does a good job for normal exercise needs. You can't beat the price of this mat!

This mat is a quality product! It is perfect for me to do both exercise and to do my yoga routines at home! The smaller size would be best in a class situation.

I have trouble standing on my feet (they hurt), so I like the AeroMat in the kitchen, sometimes on the porch, in the living room, etc. I also try to stretch regularly and it is great for that. I recently decided to try a mat that was 2 by 6 and was less expensive than the AeroMat brand. Big mistake. It advertised another half inch of cushion but the cushioning was one quarter as effective. So, I ordered this AeroMat from Wayfair and couldn't be more pleased. I was a littler uncertain if AeroMat would still be adhering to the same standards of quality, but it looks great so far. The stitching is precise and the mat folds and unfolds perfectly. The little Velcro tabs help, and moving it around is a breeze. I have had the 3 foot by 6 foot AeroMat for 5-6 years and only just now are the handles tearing a little where they attach to the mat. Keep in mind, that mat is a lot heavier so there is a good deal more strain put on the handles where they are stitched. FYI, it is not the stitching that is coming undone, the fabric itself is just tearing after all of these years. The stitching holds true! So I will just be a little more careful. The mat itself is still in great condition. I use it everyday. In fact, I have literally dragged it around the house daily for half a decade. In short, it has happily taken a great deal of "abuse", yet has never failed me once. And what a joy to walk on! I plan to buy several more to line my one bedroom condo with; maybe if I can get some real relief, my 'feets' might actually have a chance to heal up a bit. Two by six still works very well for stretching and it is a lot easier to move it around; say if I want to stretch on the porch or what have you. Also at two by six it is not only less bulky but significantly lighter. My feet are very happy. Lastly, two by six works great in a one person tent (check your tent's dimensions) for some extra cushioning when sleeping out under the stars. Parting words? It is a great investment.

We use two of the large mats in our finished basement, which serves as a playroom for our toddler boys. We bought them new climbing toys for Christmas and needed more padding than the thin rug covering the concrete beneath. We are very happy with the level of protection provided by these mats. [...]

The only thing I don't like about the mat is the handles. They are on the long side rather than the short side making it more difficult to carry. Other than that, it's a great mat!

Works well for practicing martial arts rolls and falls at home.
