IF, and I emphasize, IF, you can manage to get this fireplace put together with the instructions provided, you'll end up with a cute fireplace that is not especially sturdy, but will be good enough. The instructions provided are absolutely AWFUL, and there is no online video that demonstrates how to put this thing together. It took me 2 hours to put the entire thing together! You will probably make plenty of mistakes as well, due to the instructions providing very little discernable detail, and you will therefore not want to take this thing apart at the end of the holiday season. I used the fireplace for a window display and it looks adorable from the front vantage point. Unfortunately, the back of the fireplace is brown cardboard without any detail. It is meant to go up against a wall or some other backdrop. Wayfair- PLEASE, PLEASE provide a video demonstration on how to put this fireplace together. There are so many intricate steps that are not spelled out that 99% of people that purchase this thing are going to get frustrated and give up after 10 minutes.. Elisabeth.
