I purchased two of these for the foyer in my home and these are perfect. They are functional and work perfectly for my little guys. My boys absolutely love them and now take ownership of their "lockers". They hang up their coats and store their book bags in them with no problems. In addition, I purchased some storage baskets for the bottom for their little shoes. We use the shelves to store borrowed library books and hat/gloves. They are made of particle board so the quality isn't that great but for our purposes- organization- this works great. I am happy. Oh and you can adjust the doors by using the hinges. I first bought a similar 3x3 storage unit from Target from their home collection. It was horribly flimsy and needed to be anchored to the wall to avoid falling over. Needless to say I returned it. The Badger Basket storage is very sturdy, I'm not concerned about it falling over if baby yanks on it. I bought a bunch of JJ Cole storage bins for it but they were too big. I ended up with the Koala Baby brand ones from BabiesRus which aren't as nice looking, but at least they fit in the cubbies- although they are very snug. My only complaint is that the instructions for assembly are about as clear as mud! They say things like " connect A to E, which seems easy enough but none of the pieces are marked with their identifying letters! Thankfully I have a knack for assembly it took me about 30 minutes or so to put together. Also, if you are planning on using it in a nursery/baby's room make sure you get it early so it can off-gas. It smells really strongly like paint, stunk up the room for about a week or two."..."  Read more
