Accent Chairs

Great chair, a classic that still feels as though it were designed today. Only issue is that the one purchased was from the clearance center. It says it may come with slight wear as these are returned items. However I thought that it would be still in really good condition. The top of the chair in the most noticeable spot had a chip out of it, about 1/2" piece. It was not the end of the world but it was disappointing in that I believed that they would not have something like this in the clearance center, scratches and wear yes, but not actually a piece out of the chair. I love the shape and line of this chair. Very modern yet still very user friendly. I wanted to get these for my kids last year but hesitated because of the price. My 3 year old and 22 months old can climb up and down on their own with ease. I have them placed on top of a play rug so they don't slide around or damage our new wood floor. I got the orange ones, very vibrant, color very saturated. It can even support me, I just don't lean on the back and try not to sit on it for a very long time. Loved the design of this chair (so unique and interesting) but wondered if it could also be comfortable (form vs. function), Was happily surprised to find it extremely comfortable and really well designed and constructed. Thinking of getting a couple more as they are also stackable and while not inexpensive at 500 a piece, expect it will be something I will keep for a long long time... ps Got it in black to put against a brick colored wall and it looks simply stunning!"..."  Read more
