I purchased two of these chairs and for what I wanted them for they are a perfect match. The color of the chair is more of a cherry red and cream dots. I would not consider the color burgundy at all. However, the chairs were easy to put together and are pretty sturdy. Not the most comfortable chair but for my use they work just fine. This is a stuningly beautiful chair. It's well-built with firm seating. I have this as an accent chair in my bedroom, but it could enhance any room. The price is also very reasonable. The only dowside to this product is the lack of the manufacture's assembly instructions. That which is included with the shipment is limited and of no help.
