Accent Cabinets & Chests

This cabinet is exactly what I was looking for, I use it in the dining room to store china, glasses and linens but can be used anywhere. The color of the wood has a more reddish tone than brown that I wanted but still works for me. Surprising holds a lot and looks really nice. It was delivered on time, extremely well packed and for me easy to put together though I have a lot of experience putting items like this together. I would give this chest a 5 star rating but the assembly is very detailed and time consuming. The product is so worth it. It is bigger than a night stand smaller than a typical chest with nice detailing and blends beautifully with the black metal trundle bed we already owned. We needed something for our Army sons to use when they are home on leave and this quality sturdy chest does not come off as a waste of time. Because of the simple small design we were able to include a desk in this room as well and make a real home away from home where our sons felt welcome.The drawers operate well however the top small drawer is lined with felt so we just thought our kids could use it for their change keys etc. I am very happy with this purchase. Very nice looking piece of furniture. Was simple and quick to assemble. Doors slide easily and unit seems steady and comes with hardware to attach to wall if you choose-it's recommended that you do so. One draw-back, which I find with all ordered furniture- arrived with scratches. I filled in the small ones with a furniture marking crayon available in all dept. stores and called and the door was replaced via fed-ex in only a couple of days. Looks beautiful."..."  Read more

I received my cabinets this week end and I must admitted they came sooner than I expected and the pictures on line do not do them justice. I am using these cabinets as nightstands in my bedroom they are perfect. I held my breath while unpacking them praying the glass made it through the shipping process. I must say that I am quite impress with the packing not one crack. If you are in the market for a cabinet like this don't hesitate one moment. My shopping expericene was wonderful.
