I was excited when I found this cabinet because I live in an apartment without a linen closet....voila! The Hartley Cabinet became my new linen closet at a fraction of the cost of having a closet constructed here in the city. I am THRILLED. Forget what it does, the cabinet itself is beautifully made, its a fine piece of furniture that my friends think I found antiqueing and had customized. The molding at the top nearly reaches my ceiling and makes it look a built-in but I love that I can take it with me to my next apartment, There is a TON of storage in this piece, drawers, shelves and it looks beautiful closed. Searched and searched for a cabinet to put under my television in our living room.... and wanted this size and height. I didn't want it to look like a media cabinet, even though it was going to hold equipment. I was thrilled when I found this piece... and it turned out to be a real gem. The cabinet is well built, the drawer slides easily and the doors and hinges work fine. There was no stinting on the hardware and the paint job was very good and blends well with our other furniture.
