My shipment arrived on time and in good condition. There was "Fragile" labels all over the boxes. I think that was a great idea! Just because the boxes are heavy doesn't mean that what's inside should take a beating. The cage was easy to put together, especially, if you are familiar with cages. I am very pleased with the seed catchers. Years ago you had to put them together with a wish and a prayer. Now they are held together by screws! (it's about time!) I am very pleased with the quality of the cages! I bought 2. My very moody African Grey, Alvin, 14 years old, seems to like it as well. He hates change! I'll be purchasing new cages in about 5 years! Someone who has had parrots designed this cage. It has features I never considered before I bought it. The feed doors are so readily available and the slide out bottom rack makes for easy clean up. The seed catcher eliminates most of the seed throwing messes I have had in the past and my parrot just loves to perch up in the domed area. I I bought him a long braided rope perch for there.) Terrific product.

My African Grey loves it and so do I. He cant pick the locks, dump te food dishes, or pick at the paper lining the bottom of the cage which used to make a huge mess. Plenty of room for toys too. The cage was suprisingly easy to put together despite the almost non-exsistant instructions.

The cage arrived within a day or two, much sooner than I expected.

Was so pleased with this cage. Assembly went smoothly as all bolt holes lined up perfectly. Quality all the way. Every detail was well thought out, including double locks on the cage door, and guards over the cage feeders to prevent seed throwing. Our 28 year old parrot is now living in real style!

Easy to assemble, every thing lined up and nothing missing. Wish it had outside feeder bowls or covers for the inside ones. 5/8" bar spacing is alittle close for my Grey. 3/4" would have been ideal. Overall pleased with the cage.

Decent price, roomy, easy to assemble, my Eclectus loves it!

The instructions need more details. Some pieces were bent upon arrival but i was able to repair.

I bought the cage for my cookatoo BoBBy. He was very excited to get a new home. It is large yet compact, made of heavy metal yet lightweight. It was a great buy for the money as I have shopped around quite awhile before I bought it. The only negative thing I have to say is when we tried to put it together the one screw on the back leg would not screw in it would just spin, so that screw only goes in half way, because we could not get it to come back out or to go in.

Delivery was great! I received it the next day. Everything arrived in good shape except for the screw being stripped in the back wheel area.

This is a great cage, extremely strong and roomy, great features and quality materials. My one complaint is with the assembly instructions. The body assembly was actually fairly clear, but there were no instructions whatsoever as to how to assemble the various door latches, which arrived as a jumble of pieces (though each group of pieces was individually bagged, which helped a little). I had to figure out how to assemble the pieces through trial and error, and did manage it, but there really should have been instructions for this. All else I am very pleased with, and my mini macaw LOVES her new cage!
