Great patio must have!
Janie from Bloomfield Hills, MI– Verified Buyer
We've used this heater for five months - it is the best for cool nights. Our patio has become our summer family room. We stay outside late with guests and everyone is comfortable. We just ordered a second as our patio is quite large and we have several seating areas. Assembly was easy enough. I did most of it alone. Be patient when firing it up; it needs to be primed each time.
Industrial quality heater at a great price!

Our train yard sits between the Elyssian Park cliff and the Los Angeles river, and on cold nights the icy wind off that canyon finds its way right to the platform where my crew is faithfully cleaning the Gold Line trains as they come in from service. These heaters really take the edge off the cold, and the little table gives them a place to put their steaming coffee mugs while they wait for the next train to arrive. The heaters were easy to assemble, easy to operate and to maintain. You definitely want to fill up the bottom with sand so that the wind doesn't blow it over.
Works well but a little challenging to start

These went together fine and were very popular for a late season team party. Having the drink table was a nice feature. The only challenge was getting them started and I found that using a lighter wand worked the best although it took a while to get them lit. Very good for the price though.

The first one arrived with a huge dent in the side. I think it was done by UPS. But not to worry, called up wayfair customer service and a new one was on the way. Best customer service ever. Took two adults about an hour to put togehter. follow the directions!

Being 5'9" tall, I was thrilled with the size of this awesome heater. Great for those chilly Fall nights to sit outside by. just pop in a tank of propane,(just like our gas grill) and its ready to go. If you're like me and tend to go in and out, just keep the pilot lit and turn it up when you get outside for instant heat! easy to ignite also...don't need my husband to do it for me! lol love the little table to hold your drink or whatever.
Nice Heater - Poor Instruction Manual

The heater works very well. As a matter of fact, four of us enjoyed a nice bottle of wine along with cheese and crackers on our deck and felt very comfortable, even though the air temperature was around 50 degrees.
Great Patio Heater
Patti from Lancaster, SC
The first heater came with a dent in the bottom. I called Wayfair and they replaced it no questions asked. It was the best customer service I have ever received. They deserve 5 stars just for their Customer Service. The heater is fairly easy to put together. Took two adults about an hour. Instructions are easy to follow and the pieces go together nicely. Comes with a cover to protect the heating element. We have enjoyed it so far.

The patio heater is great. The wheels make it easy to move around and the little table saves us space on our deck - we don't need another table taking up space. Our only negative was that it was difficult to start for the first time. The instructions, both in the owners manual and the on-line videos, were not very helpful. We actually had to call customer support for assistance. Once we talked to them, and they were great, we had the heater up and running.

From now on, my yard is going to be nice and warm ...year-round.
