Balt Rolax Footrest Balt, Inc.
Balt Rolax Footrest

I sit at my computer for hours every day and sometimes my legs ache or swell and sometimes my back will hurt so I thought that I'd give this footrest a try to see if it helped. When the footrest arrived, I took it out of the box and couldn't believe how easy it was to put together. It took less than 5 minutes. It's so light that you can move it room to room, seat to seat, without any problem. It isn't your every day run of the mill footrest. It isn't on a fixed base, it's on a curved base attached by rollers. Which means that along with getting your feet higher, you can also tilt them forward and back, forward and back, which helps to keep the blood flowing. The sides are made of a soft padded material that is very comfy, and the middle has plastic roller balls that you can use to massage your feet. Yes people, you can give yourself a foot massage while you're sitting at your desk/computer and it feels really really good. Since I started using this footrest, I've noticed a big difference in how my legs and back feel. Besides all the things that the product says it will do, it did something I wasn't expecting. I hurt my leg a few months ago and since I've started using the "forward and back" motion it stopped hurting!! And I don't feel stiff anymore from sitting so long. It also has a very decent price. Check it out and see for yourself. I love this Rolax footrest and am so glad I chose it!! It really does help your legs, feet and back. It's a must have for anyone who sits for any length of time. If you do buy one, I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do."..." Read more

Attached a Dell U2711 monitor on it and it holds it without any problems. May want to check the tilting joints as they were not adjusted prior to shipment. I attempte to place the mount with the monitor on the installed wall plate, but soon found out my monitor was tilting already. When you are doing this as a one-man install job this hiccup makes it a little difficult. I had to remove the monitor and mount from the wall plate and tighten the tilting joint myself. On the paperwork it says that all the joint screws are tensioned to the correct proportions; however I would still check it before installing the arm. Additionally, the clips included for the cable management are ill-conceived. They do not lock into place on any of the Bretford arms that I have owned (I have three of them). The clips are meant to attach the cables of the monitor to the underside of the swing arm where there is a little slit to insert the clips into. Despite these little annoyances I would still recommend this product. Hey a bought 3 of them so they couldn't be that bad. Just figure out your placement first as the height adjustment of the arm is very limited."..." Read more

The memory foam pillow sits on the floor under my desk and gets used every day. I simply remove my shoes and my tired feet and restless legs are elevated to a heightened level. This pillow is extremely comfortable, very wide, and is great for circulation when you're sitting at a desk on the computer for long periods at a time. Possibly the only drawbacks are the light colors which may soil quickly and that the bottom does not have an anti-skid base, mostly because that part sits on the floor. I would recommend this without hesitation! A great idea and product!"..." Read more

Pretty easy to assemble. Had to loosen the nut for swivel arrived super tight. My computer case is the Thermaltake Armor A30, a SFF case. It's a bit of an unique computer case. Track is sturdy looking with ball bearings so is the cradle. Slides smoothly and the handle is a plus. Track is a bit short at 13". [Personal application] Had to use shims stacked to mount so it clears my desk's front cross beam to come out to the front. Going to replace shims with large machine screw standoffs. Case sits a bit crooked I have the width set to max and turn the computer on it's side. Make sure you have a CD drive that can hold you disc in this position. Gets the computer of my floor and with velcro I am going do some cable management and have a clean work space again."..." Read more
