I use this cushion in my leather lounge chair. Massages my lower back while watching foorball or other TV programs. The heat switch also adds warmth to my lower back and adds comfort. I do wish it had a little more vibrate power, but as expected for the price. (that is why I gave it four stars) I leave mine in my lounge chair a flip on the switchs every time I settle in for some comfort!
