I can usually put together basic office things such as an A/V cart, but this one required so many different tools that I had to call Facilities Services to have it assembled.The directions were absolutely AWFUL; I had parts that were not listed on the parts list, but were included in the directions. Sorry; I purchased the cart last spring before going off-contract for the summer and cannot remember what all of the issues were with assembly. But I do remember being extremely frustrated with the poor instructions [...]. Now that the cart has been assembled, I am very pleased with it and believe it will meet our expectations."..."  Read more
