Ok tree, shows wear quickly
sd808 from Elgin IL
I love this tree because it reaches to the ceiling and doesn't take up much space. It's great for my smaller cats but when my big cat jumps around on it it moves a bit, although he hasn't knocked it over yet. The small cats really love climbing all over this thing and manage to climb the posts using only their claws. It gets a lot of abuse that way, and the 'fabric' on one of the posts has been pulled down a bit revealing the cardboard underneath. It's a good deal for the price, but the cheap material covering will probably get pulled off in places with heavy use.
Great for the Price

I've had three of these in my home over the years. It's definitely nothing fancy, but for the price you can't beat it. My cat launches himself onto it, scratches and claws at it and naps on it in the sun. It starts to wear after about a year (the carpet wrapped around the vertical parts starts to fray and come loose) but I don't feel like dropping a few hundred dollars on a high-end, massive one. If your cat uses it mainly for gazing outdoors and light climbing I'd highly recommend it. This one is nice and narrow and fits nicely in our tall bedroom window.
Happy to find these in this color....

It can be a challenge to find these in this color. I have two of them in the house... they have extensions so you can still use them in a slight vaulted ceiling.
Tree doesnt hold up
Deborah from Southfield, MI
I bought 2 of these trees last year and they both broke within 10 months. Although my cats LOVE it and lived on it, this tree is so not sturdy and is only good for kittens and not cats over 7 lbs. When they jump on it, it wobbles and they both eventully snapped in half and broke. Would not buy this tree.

My cats just love this thing!!! They play and sleep on it all the time
Fits perfectly in my room!

I've had a hard time placing the steps just right for my cats to jump on. They either use the first 2 steps to jump on or they pull themselves up with their claws, which has torn the material and made it look real ragged since it has no sisal rope on it. But if you don't mind how it looks it really isnt too bad for the cost.

The only thing is the material is smooth than one we had before-so we will see how it hodes up
Cat climbing tree

My cats totally love this climbing tree. The quality is acceptable.

My cats love this. Sturdy enough for my 15 lb cat to climb up.
Have to retract my last review...

I thought this was the same tree I already have, but it's not. HEADS-UP: the "carpet" material is the Super cheap kind, almost feels like felt. I'm getting store credit and returning this one.
