Quality as described

Product Review

I use one of these great chairs as a desk chair and the other as extra seating in my living room. The styling/design is distinctive enough that it can hold it's own as an accent chair. It "sits" comfortably and yet isn't massive which I appreciate having limited amounts of space. Minor flaw with the wood staining between two pieces that were joined together during assembly, but was not too conspicuous and could be touched up with a "stain marker." Not the easiest to assemble, but can be done by a single person with some time.

Service Review

Delivery was somewhat slower than what the description online led me to believe. Chairs were very well packaged and arrived without any damage (always a concern). Customer service was excellent in helping me with some issues on product charges that seemed amiss from my online account. Online product specialist was also very helpful.
