Great Skillet-- It's the size we need when making dinner for the whole family. The 3 quart skillet that came with the set we bought a few weeks back was great, just not big enough for the whole family dinner. Love the glass lid instead of metal. This is a great addition and cooks very evenly on slightly lower settings than our old skillet did. Wow! I bought these because we recently moved to a house with a glass top electric stove and my old pots and pans said not to use on glass top electric or induction. Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom.
