It's smells disgusting/attracts flys

I'm so irritated right now. After spending hours detailing the outside of my car, i sprayed the inside of my car, drivers side... and it smells like cat urine!!! It's so disgusting it attracts flies! A waste of money, a waste of time, and now I need to figure out how to get rid of the smell!!!
