overall I would say i’m happy with my purchase! these chairs look great and fit what I was going for. Also, they are great quality you wouldn’t even know i bought them from wayfair. Only ‘warning’ i would give I guess is i expected these to be the type of swivel where if I turn the chair left it will stay left. But these are the type of swivel where if you turn left and get up, it will turn back to straight automatically. If you like that, then that’s perfect, but I just didn’t know that would be the case!! Because of this i find myself still pushing my chair in and out and I don’t really make use of the swivel because i kinda have to like grip my counter to make it swivel (takes some effort) aditionally, not a big deal for me because i wasn’t worried about the “plushness’” of the seat cushion and I still like the chairs… but if you are looking for a super comfy plush cushioned chair then these aren’t for you.. Replaced my 10year old hand me down stools with this set. It was on clearance and for the price I couldn’t resist. Took about an hour to put together, it was tight under the chair. That being said, the faux leather has held up well to all sorts of spills, stains, bumps, etc. They don't feel very sturdy but they do the job for now. I purchased a less expensive version, fully expecting to have to replace when the kids are older. Edit 2/13/2026. We've now had these just under 6 years. While I started my first review with an expectation of these being absolutely trashed in a couple years, I am thrilled to report that I was wrong. They're holding up great to a now 8 and 4 year olds daily meals. The kids also like to use these stools as stepladders to get cereal, bread, etc out of the upper cabinets.
