bless my thermal cooker, i just love it! from Warren, Oh on 08/18/2008 – Verified Buyer
I don't know if you have room on here for me to name all the things I make in this, but here goes
Chili, Stuffed Pepper soup, Wedding Soup, Kielbasi & Cabbage, Lazy day Cabbage(Pigs in the blanket, all the ingredients cut up and layered) Beef & Noodles, Pierogies, butter, onions, with kielbasi, Spaghetti sauce, chicken soup with homemade noodles, green beans & kielbasi, and working on more.
When I make things with cabbage, I cannot believe how the cabbage is perfect in doness. I just cannot say enough about this product. I put everything in the pot and put it on the burner and boil for 6 to 8 min. and put it in the large pot, but I have a hard time feeling that i need to stir it or something. I have never cooked something like this and not had to stir and stir, watch it cook and so on. You just keep looking at the pot and wonder how it is doing in there. I have cooked things in there and 12 hours later it is still 140 degrees. It is just amazing. I will come back when I find more things to cook in my Thermal Cooker.

Great thermal pot from Silver Spring, MD on 03/31/2015 – Verified Buyer
I love this pot. It saves me time and energy. Just wish there is a bigger size and the inner pot is thicker.

Save time and electricity from Portland, ME on 08/22/2010 – Verified Buyer
I'm very pleased with this thermal cooker. It works just like it promises to work and saves me time and energy in the kitchen. I really like that it has two inner (one large and one small) pots. I've also used it effectively to keep items cool on a picnic.

Thermal cooking has also opened up new and healthy recipes for me such as using more grains like wheat berries and lentils that I previously avoided making at home due to the length of time involved.

The manufacturer/distributor seems to be Chinese (Taiwanese?), so the enclosed instruction brochure was created for Chinese cooks and translated into English. Don't be put off by the menu items listed for Chinese cooks, although they may seem bizarre to those of us in the West. The brief instructions are really about how to use the pot, and even for Chinese cooks, no recipes are included.

I highly recommend this product.

Keep the temperature well from Austin, TX on 09/02/2012 – Verified Buyer
I have had it for 3 years. It works great to keep the temperature, either hot or cold. However, the inner container is not a good cookware on stove. I prefer to cook with other pots, then transport food to this thermal cooker to continue.

Thermal Cooker from New Hampshire on 12/17/2012
This is an excellent product! A crock-pot without an electrical cord. Gives the cook a lot more free time.

Makes the best soups too! YouTube has lots of recipes you can use in the thermal cooker.

Think "Giant Thermos" from Fremont, CA on 08/24/2007 – Verified Buyer
You need to think of this item as a giant thermos (we haven't used it as a cooker). It is great for taking food to the kids sporting events, like swim meets, where you're there for a long time and want something warm to eat. You can use the large pot alone, or use the stacked larger and smaller pot to bring 2 items (like rice in the top one and chili in the bottom). It would also be great for tailgating or potlucks where you want to keep things warm, but don't have facilities to plug something in.

Would be better with a vacuum seal from pa on 06/12/2008 – Verified Buyer
This is really a great product for taking hot items to outdoor soccer or crew races. However, it was difficult to transport since there was no vaccuum seal like a true thermos.
