The Birds Love it! from MINNETONKA, MN on 11/04/2014 – Verified Buyer
The first day we set this up the birds were happy with it, I had not plugged it in yet as it was still fairly warm. A couple days later I went out and saw that the water was completely frozen, I plugged it in and honestly minutes later the birds were able to drink. I also agree with the description of the rim being easy on the birds feet - our old bird bath was not as easy to perch on as this one. As long as you weight the base down as described in the directions even the squirrels can get a drink.

Seems to be a good product but a little on the flimsy side. from Centennial, CO on 11/09/2015 – Verified Buyer
Set up over the weekend and got it going. The bowl attachment to the pedestal is a little crude, it tightens down ok but wobbles and will not stay level, had to improvise to stabilize it.
Seems to be holding good temperature at this point but we have only gone down to the mid 20s so far. All the birds are loving the open water at this time of year. We ran the power cord down thru the pedestal, nice option.

Pros: Seems to be a good value so far
Cons: A little flimsy on the pedestal.

good idea but cheap construction. from HUDDLESTON, VA on 11/08/2015 – Verified Buyer
On arrival the top water tray was warped and partially pulled apart. Flimsy construction.

7 degrees from Wichita, on 01/11/2016 – Verified Buyer
Just got the bird bath set up this past weekend. The temp was 7 degrees with wind chill below zero. The birdbath did not freeze. Some ice around the rim but otherwise great! Had to fill it with sand due to how light it is and the wind here in Kansas
