Service Review The notes for delivery were not fully copied and passed on to your courier so they had problems delivering. Please reduce the number of characters we are allowed to enter in this box. This one problem will stop me from ordering again because the person who I gifted the stool to had to go and pick them up from the courier instead of getting it delivered to her door. Also, the expected delivery date fluctuated up and down which was confusing and not conducive for scheduling. Was this helpful? Yes / No

The rich wood tones and leather seat are exceptional. The downside is that the metal ring that serves as the footrest is too low for shorter people and cuts into your feet if you sit barefoot.
